The judgement handed down is one of the first ones concerning a possible adjustment of the rent for commercial leases for office purposes in the context of the Corona pandemic.

The advice included legal due diligence as well as support in drafting and negotiating the contract. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The seller of the property, which was offered by NAI apollo on its behalf to a limited circle of investors, is a large German pension fund.
