With Dr. A. Olrik Vogel and Dr. Grete Langjahr, the commercial law firm SNP Schlawien has gained two new partners for its construction law practice in Munich. Both come jointly from the Munich boutique Kraus Sienz & Partner.

Dr. A. Olrik Vogel (54) advises and represents mainly contractors, clients and planners as a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law. One focus here is the defense of liability claims against architects and engineers. His particular expertise, however, lies in the interface area of property development and condominium law. For many years, Dr. Vogel has been listed as a top private attorney in the "Focus" magazine's list of attorneys and as a "leading advisor in construction law" in the "JUVE Handbook". He is (co-)author of numerous standard commentaries and handbooks.

Dr. Grete Langjahr (40), a specialist in construction and architectural law, advises clients on all aspects of construction projects, liability and warranty issues, and questions of remuneration and fee law. She advises on both contract drafting and contract execution and also has special experience in the interface area of property development and condominium law.

"We are delighted about the addition of the two new partners, with whom we are further expanding our expertise in real estate and construction law both at the Munich office and across the firm," Burkhard Rüscher, Partner in the Munich office, said in welcoming the two additions. "With a total of 32 lawyers, our real estate practice is now one of the largest in the German law firm market."
