SNP Schlawien advises QUEST Investment Partners on the acquisition of a property from MEAG

The commercial law firm SNP Schlawien has advised the investment and project development company QUEST Investment Partners on the purchase of a commercial and residential building in Frankfurt am Main as part of an asset deal. The seller of the property was MEAG, the asset manager of Munich Re and ERGO.

The property at Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 54, a very good location between the main business centre and the sought-after Westend, dates from 2002 and has an office rental area of around 3,800 m². Thanks to its central location, the property has excellent transport links to the trade fair, the main railway station and the airport. The building also has 29 underground parking spaces. After the current main tenant moves out in July 2022, QUEST intends to visually upgrade the architecturally striking building and reposition the office space as single, double or open-space offices.

Thus, in addition to the above-mentioned new acquisition, QUEST's Frankfurt real estate portfolio currently includes, among others, the so-called 'Bahnpyramide', the Hotel Hohenzollern at the main railway station and the 'Kreisler', the future headquarters of Nestlé Germany. SNP Schlawien previously acted for QUEST in the acquisition and leasing of the Kreisler.
