SNP Schlawien advises QUEST on leasing of new Nestlé Germany headquarters
The commercial law firm SNP Schlawien has advised the investment and project development company QUEST Investment Partners on the leasing of 19,000 m² in the Kreisler office project in Frankfurt to Nestlé Germany.
The Kreisler is a joint project development by QUEST Investment Partners and Competo Capital Partners. The twelve-storey, around 45-metre-high building comprises a total of 25,000 m² of space, 1,900 m² of green roof terraces and outdoor areas, as well as shaded outdoor workplaces. Of this, the food company Nestlé is taking over around 19,000 m² for its new headquarters in Germany. After completion in 2024, Nestlé employees will move from the current location in Frankfurt-Niederrad to the centre of Frankfurt. The lower two floors will house a staff restaurant and a Nestlé test kitchen, while flexible office space is planned for the remaining floors.
The property is located on the southern edge of the dynamic Bahnhofsviertel on the approximately 4,700 m² site on the corner of Baseler Straße and Gutleutstraße, between the main railway station and Baseler Platz. Demolition of the existing office buildings is currently underway, and civil engineering activities will begin before the end of summer 2021.
SNP Schlawien previously advised QUEST and Competo on the acquisition of the property from Peakside Capital in 2019.
