SNP Schlawien advises LIP Invest on the purchase of logistics real estate
The corporate law firm SNP Schlawien advised LIP INVEST GmbH on the acquisition of two logistics properties in Schwülper near Braunschweig and Cologne Hürth. The advice included both the legal due diligence review and support in drafting and negotiating the contracts.
The two properties have a combined leased area of around 15,500 m2. Both logistics centers are currently used by Hermes Germany. The existing leases will continue on a long-term basis. LIP INVEST is acquiring the logistics properties for the open-ended real estate special AIF "LIP Real Estate Investment Fund - Logistics Germany III", the purchase of which will further diversify the portfolio.
