The commercial law firm SNP Schlawien advised the investment and project development company QUEST Investment Partners on the acquisition of the historic Hindenburghaus in Hamburg's city center. The advice included both the due diligence review and the negotiation of the purchase agreement. The seller of the property was Allianz.

The Hindenburghaus at Grosse Burstah 31 is one of the most beautiful Wilhelminian-style office buildings in Hamburg's city center and is within walking distance of the city hall and the stock exchange. The building was originally erected in 1909 as a luxury hotel. Today, the use of the seven-story property with 12,600 m² of floor space includes retail, office and residential uses. A planned renovation is initially intended to bring the original and extraordinary character of the listed building back to the fore. For this reason, around 40 percent of the space is currently unlet as a result of ongoing refurbishment measures.

SNP Schlawien has already advised QUEST on several real estate transactions in major German cities.
