SNP Schlawien advises Quest on the sale of the future headquarters of the Hamburg School of Business Administration
The commercial law firm SNP Schlawien advised the real estate project development company QUEST Investment Partners on the sale of a commercial property in Hamburg. In particular, the advice included the drafting and negotiation of the sales contract. The buyer of the property is a fund of the Real I.S. Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the volume of this transaction as part of a forward deal.
The nine-storey building in Hamburg's Willy-Brandt-Str. 75 comprises 7,770 sqm of rental space and has been undergoing major refurbishment since July 2019. QUEST Investment Partners acquired the property at the end of 2016 with the former tenant Hamburg Süd. The new and sole tenant of the centrally located property is the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA). After a nine-month conversion period and in time for the summer semester 2020, the international business school HSBA plans to open the doors of the new building to its approximately 1,000 students.
SNP Schlawien previously advised Quest on several real estate transactions in Berlin, Frankfurt and Hamburg.
