Thomas Steinmassl provides advice to group companies as well as small and medium-sized companies, freelancers, public corporations and private individuals on issues of company law and tax law.
In the field of tax law, he prepares tax returns and annual financial statements for his clients and represents them before finance courts and the German Federal Fiscal Court, respectively.
Another area of his expertise is consulting on the structuring and optimization of tax circumstances, e.g. transfer of assets and corporate succession.
In the field of company law, his consulting range extends from company formation to acquisition and sale of businesses/interests in businesses (mergers & acquisitions) to transformation of companies and consulting on reorganization.
In the field of leasing, Thomas Steinmassl specializes in the assessment and drafting of contracts as well as matters concerning receivables.
