Expertise
Hans Losert, partner of the firm, advises and represents medium-sized and large companies, as well as small businesses and private individuals, in matters of individual and collective labour law, general commercial law and intellectual property law. He works across industries and has many years of expertise in the retail, construction and planning, logistics and transportation, hospitality, advertising, and church and charity sectors.
He studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin and at the University of Bergen, Norway. After his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, Hans Losert initially worked for Stapel Rechtsanwälte before joining SNP Schlawien in 2009. He heads the labour law department of the firm's Berlin office.
Hans Losert has been a lecturer in civil and labour law since 2009 (including at the Brandenburg State Academy of Public Administration (LaköV), in-house training courses).
Hans Losert is listed among the top 20 leading employment lawyers in Germany by the German Institute for Legal Departments and Corporate Lawyers (Study 2022 / 2023).
