Dr Rupert Weinzierl is a certified attorney for medical law, intellectual property law as well as commercial and corporate law and has in-depth knowledge of commercial law, especially in the area of unfair competition (e.g. UWG, HWG) as well as in classical pharmaceutical, (contract) doctor/hospital and pharmacy law. Due to his many years of experience as head of legal affairs, general counsel and authorised signatory in the pharmaceutical industry, he is also familiar with the relevant advisory fields from the client's point of view.

Dr. Weinzierl accompanies corporate law issues in the health care sector from the very beginning. He also specialises in (international) trade and distribution law as well as trademark law. He provides strategic advice to companies, doctors as well as pharmacists and accompanies his clients in questions of pharmaceutical, food or cosmetics law. His advisory spectrum also includes general civil law as well as (litigation) representation of individuals or companies in Germany and abroad.

Dr Weinzierl is an author in the C.H. Beck commentary on the Narcotics Act by Bohnen/Schmidt for the Narcotics Act (BtMG) and the Narcotics Prescription Regulation (BtMVV).
