All topics concerning the realization of construction projects, liability and warranty issues as well as questions of remuneration and fee law are the subject of her advisory and judicial activities. In the area of construction law, her advice covers both the drafting and execution of contracts. She has particular experience in the interface area of property development and condominium law and with the defense of liability claims against architects and engineers.

Dr. Grete Langjahr studied law in Constance. She completed her legal clerkship in Constance and Toronto. Following her second state examination, she completed her doctorate on a construction law topic at the University of Constance. She spent ten years as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in private construction law and joined SNP Schlawien in 2022.
