Stefan Schützendübel is a certified inheritance law attorney as well as a certified tax law attorney. His area of practice is, on the one hand, formative advice, covering the interfaces between inheritance and tax law, and, on the other hand, out-of-court conflict advice as well as litigation. His expertise covers the following areas in particular:

  • civil and tax law advice and structuring with regard to the succession of assets, both in the private and in the corporate sector, such as the accompaniment of transfer agreements, the drafting of wills or the valuation of real estate for tax purposes;
  • tax law advice on corporate restructuring;
  • assistance in probate, certificate of inheritance, ENZ, executor's certificate or executor release proceedings;
  • contentious inheritance law matters, such as the realisation and defence of claims to a compulsory portion or disputes of or in communities of heirs;
  • contentious tax disputes in official objection proceedings and before the tax courts.
  • In addition, his expertise also includes corporate law, in particular at the interface with inheritance law, as well as non-profit law.

Stefan Schützendübel studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. During his legal traineeship, he worked at the Canadian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Montréal. Stefan Schützendübel has been working as a lawyer since 2014.
