Togetherwith his team, Stefan Fuchs provides advice to and represents German and Austrian credit institutions as well as financial services companies. Key areas of his activity are the collection of non-performing loans, the conduct of lawsuits, the consulting on liability issues, particularly in terms of consultant liability and prospectus liability, as well as the support of his clients in respect of banking supervision issues. Moreover, Stefan Fuchs has wide experience in supporting private clients in respect of assets abroad and the (subsequent) declaration of income from capital abroad.
For many years, Stefan Fuchs has been providing comprehensive advice to leasing companies covering all legal questions, particularly such relating to the drafting and revision of full service contracts and general terms and conditions of leasing as well as regulatory law issues. Moreover, he offers his clients extra-judicial receivables management as well as the enforcement of their claims in court. Stefan Fuchs works for a client in the Rechtsausschuss des Bundesverbandes der Deutschen Leasing-Unternehmen e.V. (BDL / Law Committee of the Federal Association of the German Leasing Companies). He is entered as recommended attorney in the list of lawyers published by the BDL.
