Christoph Najberg mainly represents small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in all structural and related legal issues. His clients range from advertising and event agencies, artists and fashion designers to gastronomic businesses, software companies and operators of internet platforms. The focus of his work is on the drafting of contractual regulations, labour law issues and compliance with data protection regulations.
Christoph Najberg studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Gießen and completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main. After successfully completing his 2nd state examination and working briefly in the licensing and legal department at the Hochschule für Film und Fernsehen (HFF) in Potsdam-Babelsberg, he founded the law firm Conrad & Najberg, where he was a partner until 2014. From 2015 until joining SNP Schlawien in 2021, he worked as a sole proprietor.
