Thorsten Engel mainly advises and represents medium-sized companies in labour law as well as in civil law and commercial law matters.
After his studies at the universities of Bielefeld and Freiburg he worked with a commercial law firm in Offenburg with a focus on commercial criminal law.
In the year 2000, Thorsten Engel started his own business shifting the focus of his activity to labour law advice for medium-sized businesses. He acquired special experience in conducting negotiations with trade unions for the conclusion of company wage agreements.
In addition to his activity as a lawyer, Mr. Engel trains administration managers and business economists in the areas of labour law and civil law in pursuing his teaching assignments at the college of Kehl and the Landesakademie (Academy of the federal land of) Baden-Wuerttemberg, respectively.
