Carsten Kühne primarily advises and represents clients in trademark, design and competition law, copyright and media law as well as in various areas of IT law, in particular in the fields of e-commerce, domain law, software licensing and data protection law.
He studied law at the University of Freiburg and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe as well as (inter alia) in the legal department of an internationally operating US media group based in Munich.
