Dr. Petra Ostermaier

The focus of Dr. Petra Ostermaier is on labor law. In addition to multinational corporations, she also provides advice to and supports medium-sized and small companies in respect of all issues of individual and collective labor law. In this connection, she represents employers not only in court, but supports them in negotiations with trade unions, works councils and in conciliation boards, too. Moreover, Dr. Petra Ostermaier supports management board members, managing directors and senior executives in their contract negotiations with companies.
Furthermore, her activity encompasses the consulting of companies under data protection aspects as well as in the field of public law, primarily in respect of public building law and local tax law.
She has comprehensive sector-specific experience in the areas of software, automobile, energy, municipal administration, and healthcare, as well as broad restructuring experience.
After her studies at the Philipps University of Marburg and her post-graduate traineeship in the Wiesbaden Regional Court district, Dr. Petra Ostermaier worked with an international law office first, and then with a regional law office, before she joined SNP in 2015.
