The auditing company SNP GmbH was founded in 2005 and is based in Munich, Germany. The managing director is Michael Schneider, an attorney, tax advisor and auditor. Alongside mandatory and voluntary financial statement auditing, SNP GmbH also performs special audits, for instance in accordance with the German Securities Trade Act or Brokers' and Developers' Directive (MaBV), as well as foundation and fraud audits. The company also provides corporate assessments and expert opinions on legal accounting issues.
